Warranty Coverage

The warranty service covers all product quality problems and manufacturing defects occurring in normal use scenarios, including structural damage, functional failure, process defects, and accessory damage caused by non-human factors. For eligible problematic products, we provide free repair service, and in special cases, we will provide replacement solutions according to the actual product condition.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by artificial improper use, accidental collision, excessive wear, unauthorized disassembly and modification, man-made destruction, and damage caused by irresistible natural factors. Daily normal wear and tear of consumable accessories does not belong to the scope of quality warranty.
