Return Eligibility
We support a flexible and customer-friendly return service. Customers may apply for a return for eligible products within 60 days of receiving the order. All returned items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, with intact original packaging and accessories, and free of artificial damage, stains, or wear and tear to qualify for a full refund.

Please provide your order information and reasonable return reason when submitting an application. Refund Processing Time
After we receive and inspect your returned items to confirm compliance with return standards, the official refund process will be initiated. All refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The actual arrival time of funds is subject to the processing rules of your payment institution.
Refund Standard
Eligible returned items will receive a full refund of the product payment amount. In accordance with our service rules, we bear all shipping and customs costs for the original order, and no additional fees will be deducted from the refund amount for qualified returns.
Non-Returnable Situations
Items with artificial damage, excessive wear, missing accessories or original packaging, and customized special products that affect secondary sales are not eligible for return and refund services.
